A balcony or terrace, rainfall shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and around-the-clock room service give every stay a comfortable foundation.
Both club categories add butler assistance, a club lounge, a dedicated beach area, dining-reservation priority and an expanded room-service menu. The swim-out category adds direct shared-pool access.
Ocean View emphasizes the outlook; Oceanfront combines a sea-facing setting with club service. Swim-Out adds pool access. These upgrades do not change your included AFI event access.
Airfare is not included. Two optional premium experiences are $50 each. processing fees are separate and non-refundable.
A $300 deposit secures your reservation and locks in your package price, subject to approved changes you request. Flexible payment plans are available through our registration site. Your entire balance is due May 25, 2027.

$50 Early Bird: register and pay the required deposit by October 15, 2026.
$75 Pay-in-Full: pay the entire package at initial registration by January 1, 2027.
Combine both for $125 savings when both requirements are met. Paying off a payment plan early does not retroactively qualify. AFI will not offer later promotional price reductions.
Add up to three nights before June 24 and three nights after June 28, subject to availability. Each card shows the extra-night rate for your selected occupancy, per person per night.
Extra nights may be added after registration, but AFI arrangements close May 25, 2027. After that date, book directly with the resort; negotiated rates, room category and staying in the same room are not guaranteed. Airport transfers outside official dates receive best-effort assistance and are not guaranteed.
Best-effort same-gender roommate assistance is available upon request. Contact AFI separately; a match and double-occupancy rate are not guaranteed. If your personally selected roommate cancels, you may be responsible for the single rate. Different protections apply to AFI-arranged roommates.
Choose one king or two beds during registration. Roommates must agree before registering. Room-category and roommate changes require approval and availability through March 1, 2027.
